ABOUT SALFUR

Sulfur dyes called sulfur dyes bring out the best qualities of natural materials such as jute, linen, and cotton.

It was a dyeing method that aged very beautifully, like denim, like old clothes, where the color gradually wears off as it is used.

USE UNUSED

However, the sulfur dye can no longer be used due to environmental impact issues, and is discontinued by the manufacturer, becoming the last remaining fabric and joining the USE UNUSED PROJECT.

It feels like the one who was on the front line to lead the SDGs was left out of the starting line-up due to circumstances in the country.

PRODUCTION

Since it is a fabric that can be enjoyed over time, it has the characteristic of fading easily, so it is not used on the inside of the slippers. At first glance, the combination of materials and colors does not look out of place.

The sulfur fabric used for the beige outer is a mixed weave of linen and cotton.

And the material is a little different depending on the color.

The inside is made of cotton canvas that is stable in color fading.

The shape of the slippers is simple and easy to use, but this time I requested that the heel be made fluffy.
