About product warranty and returns
The product warranty applies only to the original purchaser or recipient of the product. Products sold at non-authorized stores and online shops (including auctions, flea market sites, and apps) may have problems with storage, transportation, or provenance.

In the case of returns or exchanges due to product defects
LOOM&SPOOL products are carefully crafted so that they can be used for a long time, and we pay close attention to the quality. We will respond.
Sorry to trouble you, but please contact us within 1 week after the arrival of the product to request a return or exchange. We will promptly respond and inform you.

Return/exchange conditions for customer convenience
- Must be unused.
- It must be possible to return it within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The customer is responsible for the transfer fee that occurs when returning the product and refund.
