Product warranty

The product warranty applies only to the original purchaser or recipient of the product. Products sold at non-authorized stores and online shops (including auctions, flea market sites, and apps) may have problems with storage, transportation, or provenance.

Please note that products purchased from non-authorized stores are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned or exchanged.

About returns

In the case of returns or exchanges due to product defects

LOOM&SPOOL products are carefully crafted so that they can be used for a long time, and we pay close attention to the quality. We will respond.

Sorry to trouble you, but please contact us within 1 week after the arrival of the product to request a return or exchange. We will promptly respond and inform you.

Return/exchange conditions for customer convenience

1. Must be unused.
2. It must be possible to return it within 7 days from the delivery date.
3. The customer is responsible for the transfer fee that occurs when returning the product and refund.
4. Make sure that you understand the items listed in "Notes" below.

If all of the above conditions are met and you wish to return an item, please contact the store of purchase within 7 days of the delivery date.

[Caution] In the following cases, we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the product is damaged, soiled, or ordered incorrectly.

• If you do not contact us within 7 days after the delivery of the product
• Products that have been used even once
